The company "Donoessa S.A.R.L", a limited liability company with a capital of €1,000, registered in the AMIENS Trade and Companies Register under No. 488 745 894, whose registered office is located at 170 Rue Riolan - M26 - 80000 AMIENS, is the publisher of content, products and services available on various media (hereinafter "the Services").

Donoessa S.A.R.L. is committed to protecting personal data. As such, the company "Donoessa S.A.R.L" is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR") and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms ("Information Technology and Freedoms" law) (together "the Data Protection Regulations").

The present Charter for the protection of personal data (hereinafter "the Charter") is part of an approach of transparency and fairness towards you.

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out prior to such withdrawal.

In order to avoid any unauthorised access, modification or deletion or to avoid any impersonation, please attach proof of your identity to your request. In case of doubt about your identity, we will ask you to send us - in addition - a copy of an identity document.

Some details

Any abusive, manifestly unfounded or excessive request may be rejected.

The request must also specify the address to which the reply should be sent, failing which it will be sent to any address known to us. A reply will be sent to you within 1 month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by 2 months, depending on the complexity and number of requests.

We remind you that our partners are responsible for the use they make of your personal data and for taking into account your rights, including the right to no longer receive offers from them.

In case of deletion of your personal data, you acknowledge that you will not be able to access and/or order products on the Site.

However, you can change your choices at any time within your user account, in the section dedicated to your choices regarding the sending of offers from third parties. If you change this choice after you have accepted offers from third parties, your personal data will no longer be transmitted to our partners, as of the processing of your request. Your request will not, however, have a retroactive effect on data transmissions made before your request. In this case, you must contact the third parties concerned directly.
